My cucamelons are just leaves still. My tomatillos have just started to get a couple of flowers on. The plants just look like cape gooseberries, even same dark yellow flower.

Once they start swelling, they all seem to swell quickly. I now have approx say 30/50 on my two plants. I will try to attach a pic. The plants are now up to the greenhouse ceiling but lots of leaves are yellowing. They are in pots. Any ideas? Overwatering. I guess if it was underwatering they would droop....The fruits do have an initial lime taste follwed by cucumber. The skins are toughish but you cant help eating them as you pass  in the greenhouse!

Marcus what are you feeding the plants with?
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

a high potash tomato feed approx 2/3 times per week but I planted the seeds early in a heated propogator with the help of growlights and then in a heated greenhouse, so i guess I cheated a little ;)

That leaf with dark green veins and yellow rest of leaves suggests nitrogen deficiency to me, probably caused by overwatering with potash (can prevent the plant from absorbing magnesium).

Water with diluted epsom salts.

Thanks Yorkie. That all makes sense. Should I water, rather than foliar spray with the epsom salts and do you have any idea as to the dilution rate and how many times/how regular I should use it?  Thanks.

Vanessa-Hopefully you will find that they all start expanding at once. My wife says that I underestimated the number of fruit on mine. She said that she counted around 50 on one plant alone, but three weeks ago they were all very tiny and had not started expanding. Perhaps I need to pick more for them to continue fruiting, like you need to do with mini cucumbers.
