Didnt I read a previous topic that they sometimes lose the wall of the tummy and that can have blood in it? Thought that was normal, unless of course there is a lot of blood. Mine went through a phase some months ago but after putting ACV in water and worming them it all disappeared :?

Have you checked the house for red mites.  These can bite their botty and cause blood spots on the eggs  :!:
