Sweet Peas and Dwarf Runners

Hi All,

Can you grow sweet peas or dwarf runners in hanging baskets, or will they just keep sending out tendrils and no flowers?

I want something decorative, but would love some produce too

I'm sure I have seen sweet peas for baskets, nasturtiums will look nice and the leaves can be used in salads. Tumbling toms are ok, and strawberrys work very well as you get very clean perfect fruit hanging over the edges.
