I have an offer (Thompson and Morgan) of 72 Freesia plugs that will flower this year for £20. Is this a good deal or not?

It sounds like reasonable value as these are never a cheap plant or flower and they are lovely.

Just bear in mind perhaps, their policy of substitution. Would you be refunded or what would you receive if they ran out of stock?
