I found these Turf Suppliers which should be fairly local to you. You could try some of these if you haven't already. It would be a bad show if no company will deliver when they have said they will.

Yes, i re-asked, i double checked because im goning to get some of that perennial rye grass, didnt know if it was different.

Thank you for the link, ill have a ring around when the snow has gone, but I am sure a few of those, dont deliver (i dont drive so its harder)

Misunderstandings apart, I think this thread makes growing grass from seed sound much more complicated than it is.

Assuming you're not hoping to play lawn bowls on it, as long as the area isn't heavily shaded and/or a permanent bog, weed, rake it level, then rake in some general purpose mixed grass seed no earlier than March and keep watered  (sow later if it's unusually cold, because the longer the seed sits there ungerminated the more you will lose to the birds.)
