As I said, look at the first reply to your question!
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

As I posted, if you aren't successful with grass seed, you could buy turf. :)

You asked when the best time was to put grass seed down when someone had already gone to the trouble to tell you.

My reply was in response to your "??" and was merely three simple steps to take you back to it.

I found these Turf Suppliers which should be fairly local to you. You could try some of these if you haven't already. It would be a bad show if no company will deliver when they have said they will. :(

Whats my misinterpretaion? that you seem like some sort of bully? When i only wanted help? So-Sorry i am not so clever as you about grass. Even though in my defense, I did say i was only making sure about the type and if it was any difference,

Maybe you should re-consider replying to my posts when im asking for help, yes i admit openly i have difficulties learning things and understanding, so if your "supportive" attitude is going to cause upset and confusion, then i thank you for your replies and ask you not to respond on my threads again.

Misunderstandings apart, I think this thread makes growing grass from seed sound much more complicated than it is.

Assuming you're not hoping to play lawn bowls on it, as long as the area isn't heavily shaded and/or a permanent bog, weed, rake it level, then rake in some general purpose mixed grass seed no earlier than March and keep watered  (sow later if it's unusually cold, because the longer the seed sits there ungerminated the more you will lose to the birds.)
Sow your seeds, plant your plants. What's the difference? A couple of weeks or more when answering possible queries!

One of the best things about being an orang-utan is the fact that you don't lose your good looks as you get older
