I think that if I wandered into my coop carrying anything that smelt of tomatoes, I'd be trampled in a chicken ambush. I usually give them my overripe tomatoes from the greenhouse - they love them!

I've just checked her and no smell, so fingers crossed!

Best to keep the treatment up as long as it is not distressing her.  If you can do it every 2 to 3 days things should improve and hopefully after a few more treatments the smell might be gone for good.  Fingers crossed.   ;)

She is smelly no more! Whatever it was, the bathing in tea solution did the trick. She now smells faintly of tea bags and has lovely glossy feathers -she looks a treat!
