Purple Cauliflower

Can any one help, all my cauliflowers have turned purple, and are very small :(

The next thing they will do is bolt. Put it down the weather. A couple of mine did the same.

I agree with you on that. We've also had two do the same thing. Shame really but there you go.

My question would be....
As the heads started to form did you snap the leaves to cover the head?

Other than that not sure.

It's not intense light that does it, it's the heat.

One leaf is just not enough protection.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?
