I have two barrow loads of manure and a large bin bag full of seaweed and 20 gallons of water in a large bucket for a year now how rich in nitrogen would this mix be as my peas came out of the ground like lighning im thinking of using some on my garlic as a feed

Peas do not require additional nitrogen. They are great producers and fixers of it into the soil.

The problem with giving them extra is that they may produce an excess of leaf at the cost of the pods.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?
