Sounds like I joke, I know, but my parents didn't think it funny one year when the gov't provided a pic of mum's enlarged garden at the farm then charged her 150 quid (their estimation) OFF her tax refund claim. She actually only made 25 quid from selling the produce so OUCH! When the gov't hunts for more money to squeeze out of the poor sods who voted them in, they stoop to all the lowest levels.

As for chickychick's 49 for her and 49 for her husband, it probably won't matter to the gov't as all the birds dwell in the same location, which is all that counts to them.
