lemon question
« on: June 26, 2011, 19:22 »
Do lemons need the sun's rays to ripen, or is it heat?

Got a good crop on one of my indoor plants and need to know whether to move it or not, please  :)

According to this, you need more sun than heat to ripen lemons, so move them outside if you think they're hardened off enough to take direct sun rays.

Thanks Trilliium. I shall do that, as I have some good fat lemons now, albeit green so far  :D
