recently I discovered this by accident.
forgot to add pack of mangetout in my stirfried noodles.
and at the end on a seperate pan and with little oil I stirfried it and added like a garnish to the noodles.
Tell you what they were more crunchier and had brownie points from friends as well

I left out the cashews from 'Chicken with cashews'  only threw them onto the plate afterwards,  crunchier too!    Cheers,   Tony.
