what it do is make up a batch and pop them in the freezer and use as i need them otherwise they go soft and although i love cookies but dont want to eat them all at once , this way i can get them out freash when i want them .

Alternatively, you want to eat them all at once and this helps you not to do so!!  ::) :lol:
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

have a look in the bero book under quick cooking theres a one for chocolate and ginger i do these all the time and swap the ginger for other things but ginger is me favourite .
