I like to braise red cabbage with apple, vinegar and spices, and this year have rather a lot of red cabbage to use

The downside is I have no room left in the freezer I wondered if I could store it in jars if I heat treated the jars in boiling water, as you do for passata.

Has anybody else done something like this?
