sorry to here your hen has passed away,i have read all the questions and answers and you did all you could under the curcumstances,Thats the trouble we have with vets if you cannot get them in straight away,usually they have passed away before they can get you in.chickens are good at hiding their illness and by the time you notice something is not right,you are to late.best to try and obtain some antibiotics from the vet and treat as soon as poss.Dont beat yourself up about it,as you did well to try and make her better.
