Last year I bought t raspberry canes from the £1 shop they didn't do much last year, when I got them they looked like sticks and I think produced 2-4 berries, one looked completly dead, I moved house and planted them in a  large container, now I have 2 small bushes (no flowers yet) but they look very healthy, do they need any special treatment with them being container grown? Thanks

Yes. Because they'll deplete the food supply in the container every year, they'll need top dressing 2-3x a year with compost, BFB and a bit of old manure. Sounds a lot but they're greedy feeders if you expect crops and minimal pests bothering them. You'll also need to regularly water them, particularly when they've flowered right until harvest, then regularly to keep them going.

BFB= blood, fish & bonemeal
