Asparagus Peas
« on: April 17, 2010, 16:06 »
I've planted a few of these and am waiting for them to spring up, but can anyone tell me what the seedlings look like.  In my pots (all using the same bag of seeding compost) with toms, cues, peppers etc I have been getting little shoots like tiny blades if grass, I have been taking these out as they grow but a couple have appeared in the aparagus peas, obviously I don't want to pull them out incase they are seedlings.  Any help welcome.

They're sort of similar to regular peas, but not quite.

Thanks Trillium, I think what I have is whatever was growing in everything else.  Will give it another few days to see what progresses.
