LOL Nails, I had a book about sexing chicks, including vent sexing, you don't have to stick your fingers IN anywhere!  they are a bit small for that!  Its a case of the way you hold them, I'm not good at descriptions, but you hold them in your plam, belly towards you.  Head under your little finger I think and legs under your index finger then you separate the down round their vent with you thumb and the way you hold them, opens up the litle vent and its something to do with  black dot or no black dot?

Anyway, I wasn't any good at it, so bang goes a good career in chick sexing worth about £70 an hour about 14 years ago.  That's what Brian's friend was paying the old boy who used to sex his turkeys, and even after doing it for 50 years he still made mistakes!
