Seed potatoes
« on: January 09, 2010, 18:27 »
My seed potatoes arrived some time back - and they normally sit quite happily in my unheated, but well insulated shed.

Regret to say that they got forgotten in this long cold spell and are now frozen hard.

Will they recover - or do I throw them out and buy some more?

Very much doubt they'll recover - they normally go black and mushy after thawing out.

I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

Yep - sorry, if they're frozen solid - start again. :(
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?
