agapanthus I totally agree with you, I've just ordered some "Hot Lemon" (speaks for itself) and "Monkey Face" (to quote : distinct taste and scent of exotic fruits like mango) to have a go at growing next year  :)
Paul, Andrew, Kevin, Galen - My parents got bored of normal names in the end!

Hot Lemon are wonderful chillis. wish I could tell you how hot Dorsets are as mine have lots of flowers and zero fruit. Defo going to overwinter 2 or 3 of them and sow some more starting in Jan next year.

Still cannot beat Orange Habs for flavour and heat i in my opinion of course ;)

Are the hot lemon similar to lemon drop? I did'nt get any germinate this year and I really like those.
Still waiting for the habs to mature....though I don't think they will now :(

Hot peppers have a wonderful taste. The best in fact! You only need the smallest amount to get the heat from them, but the taste is lovely. Maybe just use scotch bonnet instead.
Be not afraid of growing slowly, be afraid only of not growing at all.

Started the seeds off in January and moved them to the ploytunnel......they are fairly large plants with just teen, tiny pods on them. Be nice to be able to give them some more heat...but that's not an option  :( :(
