My wife heard that shallots are good for the joints.
So I thinned out a little from a very young shallot - about 4 weeks old- and brought it home.
Never had shallots before. Do you eat the grassy bits as well as the onion bits?
Anyway they were delicious - especially for supper with chocolate digestives and blue Danish
Mind you, they have to be dark chocolate :roll:

You always give me good help with gardening things. Can you help a useless computer tryer with photographs. I can never change a photo to get it down anywhere near as low as 65 KB to put it on my profile.
I've tried making it black and white and reducing the pixels in Paint but then it is just nothing.
