hi ive got loads of this stuff growing near the girls, keep pulling it out but it keeps comming back >:( it looks like a ivy type plant with a white flower  :blink: it comes in from next doors garden. seen them pecking at it on a few occasions, worried it mayt be harmfull but cant get rid :( any advice or info on this horrible stuff pls

could you post a picture of it so we can identify it - this way we might be able to say if it is harmfull or not  :)

Sounds like bindweed, a complete pain in the butt , but won`t harm the chooks.

bindweed has white trumpet flowers, and soft green heart shaped leaves, not easy to get rid of.

Oh god, I have been trailing that plant up my fence cause it looked pretty :wacko:

lol.
one persons weeds are another persons flowers.
we grow nettles on the allotment for the butterflies and to make a fertiliser.
if you like them, let them grow, just be careful not to let it get too much of a hold in the garden.
