I have potatoes growing in pots of manure, do I need to feed them at all, or is the manure enough?

it depends how many potatoes/how big the pot. though without this info i'd say... yes.

I use a liquid tomato feed, every 2 weeks and mix in a little bone meal with the earthing up soil.

You don't want to use a general perpous fetilise as this will add tomuch nitrogen and you will get to much leaf.
