I've cut back so much on salt over the years that I find all pizza too salty for me. If I do eat any, I drink about a litre of water afterwards to rehydrate myself

A new family owned pizza shop near us now offers whole wheat crusts, which is a healthier choice, but they then top it with all the salty and fattening stuff, so what's the point?
