i have had a problem with feather pecking. I tried the anti peck ring but it just did not seen to fit on my light sussex. hte beak was too far open. anyway i have isolated her.
My question is will feathers grow back in or do i need to wait till after a moult?

Feathers will grow back now! I had 2 feather peckers and 1 ended up with a bare bottom  The main offender was rehomed over a month ago and my bare bottomed girl now has a lovely (if not a bit sparce) fluffy bottom again!

If the rings arent working there are speck type ones which fit into the nostrils and not into the beak and have blinkers on! my roastie has some on at the mo and although she can still home in and grab the odd feather they work brill! (she had been seperated for about 4 mponths) I got sent them but sure someone on here may know where you get them from!
