I am with you on this.  I have a real problem growing carrots on my plot and planted some same time as you, as yet nothing.  (I put one row under fleece too) I am going to wait another week, then sow another row. It has been cold though and sun has its hat on to-day so we might see things coming through - ever the optimist

Thanks green fingers, I'll take your advice and give them another week to see what happens.

I'd leave them where they are. I'm sure they'll turn up. I waited an age for mine last year but I had a fine crop eventually    You have to be patient with this gardening lark

i have sowed several differnt varietys, the early annates which got sown first, took about 4 weeks to show and only just showing, the others sown a couple of weekends ago still havent shown but i am not expecting them too for another couple of weeks.

Just checked and there some small signs of carrots which I put in on the 2nd April, so keep on looking and hoping!
