Just a quick thanks for all the info that you have put on here about making sausages, particualy the sausage forum, so  interesting and great recipes, I can't wait to get started. I am going now to make sure my kenwood mincer fits my latest version. I blew the first one up, after years of making bread, and have now inherited my mums!  hope it fits!!!!!!
