First time I have grown coriander and now the  coriander plant has seed heads and I want to store these.
Any ideas please :?:

Could you cut the plants and hang the seedheads up to dry in a dry airy place like you would dry other herbs?  Failing that- send them to me please, I love coriander

It's just I saw a rather strange way to remove seeds from a website - which said fry them in a pan (without any oil) so will just go ahead and pop into a bag and wait for them to drop as you said and as I originally thought you should

Hi, I was also wondering what to do with my coriander as I've just snipped off the seed/flower heads in an attempt to grow some more...

...something has eaten the lot while I was away...they were growing lovely in pots in the greenhouse...but as I was going away on hol I thought they would be better outdoors tucked under a shrub so they won't dry out...I've just got back and the lot has been eaten!...yet the parsley which was also under the same shrub hasn't been touched...something lurking in my garden obviously loves coriander but hates parsley

Oh well anyway I'll try and get some seeds from the five tiny flower heads that the culprit kindly left for me!
