Has anyone used the bokashi composting system?  See

I've heard very good reports of this. As I have wormeries I haven't gone done that route yet but am considering it. Good luck.

I'm a little concerned at the cost of the Bokashi Bran, which is needed to activate the compost.

Has anyone any experience of using the Bokashi Bucket?  If so, how much Bran do you go through?

ive got two of these bins. Ive just started one of them going, and i can see fungal hyphae growing over the material in there, so it does seem to be working. I was given the bins and a part bag of bran, so i havent had to buy any yet. The bran does seem a bit expensive. A wormery i think may be more cost effective in the long run, but i havent got around to building one yet.
