Had some for T last night. Wow :tongue2:  :tongue2:
I know they are not supposed to be earlies but they had been flowering for ages and thought I would dig just one plant to see.
Bit small yet so will leave the rest a bit longer but what a treat :!:
There are three signs of old age. The first is your loss of memory, the other two I forget.

You lucky thing. I ran out of room to put mine in (have got 209 other potatoes in though).
Maybe next year.  :)

Next time you might consider what we do Down Under - bandicoot the potato plants, i.e. without digging up the plant, scratch away dirt from around the plant to see how big the spuds are.
Skip, in Oz

Pink Fir Apple are deemed to be a maincrop spud, generally reckon to lift them when the foliage starts to die down, but with PFA, it's tempting isn't it!

Matron - got about 370 spuds in total, but still managed to find room for PFA as they are a 'must grow'!
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

Pink Fir Apple are truly delicious...but my (Irish) Mum couldn't quite understand them, and asked me to "make sure you grow round potatoes next year"  :D
