Looking for veg to grow during the winter-leeks, kale, etc.

Two thoughts-Pak Choy, how frost tolerant is it? Also, anybody have any experience of growing winter radish-can you keep them in the ground through the winter ready for the pot, like leeks.

Yes, you can, especially at your location .

well, I do so much more north up.

Actually, with Pac Choy you read your small print, very much to performance on variety.

Also, Mizuna, landcress, swiss chard, rocket all do over winter well, also winter lettuce.
