Posting pictures

Can someone give me an idiots guide please

I have the pictures already online but when I use the image tag here and preview my message all I see is the URL and no picture

If they're in photo bucket it should be a simple as coping the whole IMG code and pasting here.

at the end.

It's beyond me (which isn't hard but photobucket is idiot proof - i can do it!
