Greenback toms.

Quite a few of my toms have greenback so I should have kept a better eye on feeding them.  :( Having said that, will they eventually turn red below and can you cut off the green part and eat them?
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.

You can eat the green part GG, some people actually prefer tomatoes that always have green backs  :D

Over here, it's common to eat fried green tomatoes. Also, pickled green tomatoes used to be common (less so today, though I still like them).
