I have in my brassica bed...
Sprouts
EPSB
Swede
Kale
I have room for one more winter veg for roast dinners as we eat salad in summer I dont grow summer brassicas.
So suggestions please but cant have cabbage, no one but me likes it, cauli is out. Had a browse at local GC and nothing jumped out.

I'm just about to sow some Autumn Green Calabrese, here, it is ready for harvest as the weather starts to turn colder   :)

Cauliflower maybe? I do mine in the polytunnel overwinter and they never blow that way.

What about winter radish?  You sow it probably in July but it will be ready in winter and stands well.   Although it is a radish you cook it like turnips and swede, and the heat it has when raw disappears.
