Got a lovley recipe for some mini cheese cakes it only makes 6 muffin size well i think you could get 7 as i had a bit left over .
i used my first strawberries for the top , they were realy nice and light ive left the other ones plain and froze them you can have a different topping for those .

Sorry they werent around long enough to take a pic the rest are in the freezer , just been down the greenhouse and theres a whopper strawberry im glad i had room this year , last year i overloaded on tomatoesand there was no room and my plot turned into a jungle .
