elderflower question
« on: May 28, 2014, 10:21 »
Elderflower champagne time again  :D

I do not want to make vast quantities of this at a time and intend to freeze some flowers for use later.

Does anyone know if their yeasts stay alive like this, please?

Yes I believe so a colleague used to freeze for when she had time to make it.
