I planted summer and autumn raspberries around November. Last time I looked, they were not showing yet either.So, I guess some more patience is needed. They may be a little slower than established plants as well.

    I dug up and moved some summer and autumn rasps a month ago ,they are just starting to show now .
   I'd just give them a little more time .
