Hi Every one.
Please can someone help with identifying what is wrong with my Pear tree and Pears.

I don't think there is a single pear that is not affected.
There are black scab looking marks on the pears and leaves.
I've tried loading a photo but the size is too big

One of mine looks worse than that, however not a single fruit on ours. Thinking about just chopping it down as this is its second poor year.

That has to be what it is.
Oh well, I assume the best course of action is to thoroughly prune it out.
