Hi,

Due to the greenhouse damage (the door fell off) and the very cold weather, I brought some seedling in to pot on (mostly cosmos and other annuals) they have responded well to being potted on but now I'm not sure if I should leave them inside (in the dining room - near bi-fold doors so warm but not near a radiator) or put them into the greenhouse (which is being repaired currently but will still have a pane of glass missing and it's not heated).

Same goes for things that I have sowed but are inside rather than in the greenhouse - some alstromeria plans that I got bare root about a month ago.

I don't want to kill anything by exposing it to the cold, but also I don't want it to get leggy because it's too warm...help!

Got a cold frame you can lag with bubble wrap or fleece?  Put some thick newspaper underneath to stop the cold creeping up and cover with plastic?  It's hard when you run out of space. 
 My little plugs from T and M are potted up in the porch.  It's cold at night and warm in the day, but they seem to be holding their own and making sturdy plants.
