what to plant in November

hi

just planted some winter onions and garlic but also been told you can plant beans and some peas?

been round all the local places and every where is empty

so what broad beans and peas can you plant and can some one point me in direction where to buy ?

In my experience you would be better off forgetting broad beans till spring as they will rot or the slugs will get them.

Winter sowings biggest benefit is to the seed companies bank accounts ! :)

Ditto with peas.

They need extra TLC to nurse them through any hard spells, just to get a crop a few weeks earlier than spring sown ones.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

i'm trying wizzard beans from realseeds.co.uk they were up in ten days and are supposed to be extra hardy. Jerusalem articokes can go in now too.
