Our allotment association have two plots coming available at the end of this season. One is a half plot and has an 8 x 10 greenhouse but no shed, but there is room for one.
The other plot is approx 80' x 30' with a large shed in need of refurbishment and a greenhouse.

We are a self managed site on land which is leased from local council. You must be a council tax payer in Oldham to apply.

Rent is based on the area of the plot but is approx £120 for a full plot per year + £15 water charge. There is approx one water tap between two plots. Association membership for the tenant  is £4 + £2.50 per each  additional member per year. Toilet facilities onsite, and six foot security fencing all round.
