This is a picture of my welsummer cockerel at 10 weeks so yours looks like she could well be 3 months, but I would definately say she's a bantam. (ignore the 2 at the front, they turned out to be RIR bantams).

Thanks for the pic, i have now brought her indoors as we have thick frost here in the mornings.How long should keep her indoors for?? I never had a chick before, only older hen's to look after.I am going to see some more on saturday to see if can get her a friend or 2 too keep her company.

Most of the information will be about raising chicks from Spring onwards so it has to be adjusted for earlier hatchings.  With us still having winter weather it will take longer.

If she has some friends about the same size they will be able to huddle up in the coop together for warmth.
