Fixing it up
« on: October 13, 2007, 09:44 »
Finally I am getting the hen house redone.  My chap is here to do the chicken house refurb, can't afford to do our house but the chickens come first :D

He has put on a nice new watertight/fox/vermin proof roof, made a new door and concreted the floor, easier I hope to clean now.  Also attached there is another room which is also being concreted on the floor to make  winter sleeping quarters for nice snug chickens.  I just hope they appreciate it :)  Next week the ducks get a new floor, that will be a bonus to have an easy clean floor for them as they make so much more mess.

Who needs a new kitchen anyway :?

I expect the ducks will do their thing next year so when they do I will let you know.  Happy to let them hatch a few if I know they will go to a good home
