As far as I remember, it not just dog poo that can spread it and once it's dry, it is not infectious(in that respect) any more.I got to edit this, as it's rubbish, I just remembered I had remembered wrong. It is infectious once dry,so clean up promptly in future. So I would not over worry about this.
Clean up, and get on, would be my plan. :)

Your best weapon is good hygene as Aunty said, as lot of other things you can get it from. Most common source of infection used to be(years back) banknotes.

Oh, and for those very concerns, MK pointed out, a lot of sites do not allow dogs(rightly or wrongly), or only on the lead, check your rules, please and prepare to be hated by next doors if your dog goes on their cabbage. :wink:
