When making pumpkin pie I always use half squash, makes it taste nicer but I mainly grow them for the seeds.

What do you all do with pumpkins  :?:

I've made pumpkin pie - didn't think much of it.

I've tried roasting some - prefere parsnips and sweet potato

So what do you do with tons of pumpkin   :shock:

How very much agree (whoever said it), there is a good dish, however, that I quite like, probably appropriate to post it somewhere else, but it makes a good quick stew to serve just about with anything, also like it stuffed with cottage cheese, served with white sauce.

Otherwise I tend to think it is easy to grow, like corgs, LOT OF SATISFACTION

cook it as mash then freeze it in 1/4lbs and add to soups ,  stews etc
