I have a broody hen who I tried moving to a separate coop but she just kept getting off the eggs so in the end I decided the only way I was going to get chicks was to let her stay in the coop as the other girls still has several nest boxes to use.  I bought fertilised eggs and put them under her and she has been happily sat on them for the last 10 days.  Today when I went to check on her, she was off her eggs and sat on eggs in a different nest box.  Her eggs were still slightly warm and I put her back on the original eggs.

Is there any chance that they might still hatch or should I try to break her broodynes?

You really need to move her to a separate house.  When you have many hens laying, any broody ones will automatically try to "collect" as many eggs as possible, switching from nest to nest in a vain attempt to incubate them all.

Put her and her eggs in a separate house, shut the door and keep it dark for a day or two.  That will encourage her to stay on her own eggs.
