Hi, as subject - when is the best time to plant these? I'm in the soft south. Soil is a dark silty clay (does this matter?) which has had agricultural mustard grown on it these last 3 weeks.

looks like I have a bit to wait then. I've demarcated the potato bed. Any suggestions what can go in there until March?

Pink Fir Apple really is a late sprouter so might even get some spring-sown lettuces under cloches before the tatties come through.
