I did this for tea last night, it was lovely.  I´d used frozen tuna, the last time I cooked frozen tuna it was as dry as can be so thought I´d do this one!

Fry1 chopped onion, 4 cloves garlic and 2 chopped peppers (red or green)  in olive oil till soft.  Add 4 chopped tomatoes (I used my bottled toms)  200ml white wine and 100 ml water.  1 tsp paprika , 1 tsp pimiento powder and I chopped green chilli.  Add 1/2 kg chopped potatoes and cook till potatoes soft.  Add tuna (I chopped up 4 tuna steaks)  cook for another 5 min then leave to rest for 5-10 min.................... delicious

Tuna is one of those 'I can't understand it' things.  I love tinned tuna and eat it all the time but do not like tuna 'au nautrel'. My daughter loves pasta but won't eat spaghetti! Otherwise I might give this a go but use the tinned stuff.  I'm quite sure it won't be that  much different.

We tried this the other night with tinned tuna.

Very tasty, but I think you need to make sure the potatoes you use are floury as our juice was too watery.
