I wouldn't say it's too late to prune, but I have my doubts about cuttings, which should have been done October time.

OK to prune I'll be doing mine this weekend.

 I'd agree with DD probably late for cuttings but what do you lose ? Put them in a sheltered spot or a large pot which you can protect from the worst of the weather. They won't need heat just to be kept above freezing so in the lee of a wall or shed, cold frame if you have one or could try cloches in open ground. Any that do take are a bonus Good Luck
