Gape Worm springs to mind.  (See Worms sticky)

You don't say how old the hens are or what treatment they have had in the past.  I would worm them all with flubenvet unless they have been done very recently.

If you are worried about you hen you might take her to the vets for assessment/treatment.

Do you hear any rattling when you pick her up? I am thinking respiratory problem (mycoplasma?) Or is it something simple like too hot.
Is she eating and drinking -scratching around  like normal etc. Do any others show any symptoms?

Sounds like a respiratory problem -that may need antibiotics from your local vet (Tylans a good one I hear)Chickens are prone to respiratory problems. Hope you dont mind me asking but what do you have inside your coop as nesting material-some materials can make things worse like hay for instance which cause birds to breathe in dust and also can get damp. How much ventilation do you have? Thats pretty important too I believe. I am sure someone more experienced will be along to help out soon with some sound advice.
Good luck with your hen :)  :)

Yes it does sound like a breathing problem rather than gape worm.

If she was mine I would take her to the vets for some antibiotic.

Don't forget to worm every 3-6 months,  gapeworm especially can kill quickly by suffocating the bird.
