Hi

I am going to put a clutch of eggs under my broody hen but l am not sure what to feed her. Should l keep her on her usual feed of layers pellets with a handful of corn fed separately or should l not feed her plellets. Advise needed please.

for as short while I feed my broodies as normal then about a week before the hatch date I change them over onto chick crumb

Thanks for your advice Joyful & Pretty Chick. I will do the same as you both. This is my first time of trying to hatch some eggs so l just wanted to make sure l am feeding my broody right. Will let you know how l get on.
